There is a function which directs links to other PDF documents to open 
in a new window. I use pdflatex to create PDFs, and this is enabled by 
the pdfnewwindow option.

But I do not know if this can be made to work with a link to a HTML 
document, and you do not say what software you use to create your PDFs.

les ouvrir dans une nouvel fenetre. Moi, j'utilise le logiciel pdflatex 
pour creer mes fichiers PDF, et ce fonction s'est declenche par la 
specification 'pdfnewwindow'.

Mais je ne sais pas si on peut le faire comme ca avec les liens aux 
documents HTML, et vous n'avez pas dit quel logiciel vous utilisez pour 
créer vos fichiers PDF.
